Rise Your Capital
Through Systematic Intelligence.

Ortus means Rise.
At Ortus O Capital, we combine quantitative research, proprietary systematic trading technology, multi-layer computational intelligence, and disciplined risk management to identify opportunities across global financial markets.

Our mission is straightforward

Use technology, data, and systematic decision-making to help capital grow more intelligently.

Our infrastructure continuously evaluates financial markets through multiple specialized computational engines before determining whether an opportunity deserves capital exposure.

Your Capital.  Your Account.  Our Systematic Intelligence.

01 — The Origin

Systematic Trading,
Engineered Differently

Ortus O Capital was established in 2022 with one objective: build a systematic trading infrastructure capable of making highly selective, data-driven trading decisions without depending on emotional human judgement.

After years of research, development, live-market observation, testing, refinement, and infrastructure development, our systematic ecosystem has evolved into a distributed computational trading architecture.

Instead of relying on one indicator or one trading algorithm, Ortus combines multiple specialized analytical systems. Each engine studies a different dimension of the market. Only after those systems reach the required conditions can a trade progress toward execution.

02 — The Architecture

The Ortus Architecture

Five proprietary engines. Multiple independent intelligence layers. One final decision.

ENGINE 01

ORTUS NEXUS

Global Macro Intelligence & Event-Risk Engine

Analyzes economic releases, major financial events, central-bank decisions, macroeconomic developments, geopolitical risk, and market-sensitive news.

ENGINE 02

ORTUS QUANTUMFLOW

Multi-Dimensional Market Regime & Volatility Engine

Evaluates volatility, volume, liquidity, momentum, expansion, compression, trading conditions, and changing market regimes.

ENGINE 03

ORTUS LIQUIDITY MATRIX

Institutional Market Microstructure & Order-Flow Intelligence

Studies liquidity behavior, structural breaks, failed breaks, order-flow characteristics, momentum, price reactions, imbalances, and market structure.

ENGINE 04

ORTUS HYPERION

Proprietary Quantitative Supercomputing Engine

Processes combinations of market data through proprietary mathematical models, statistical relationships, probability frameworks, and internally developed quantitative logic.

ENGINE 05

ORTUS APEX CORE

Autonomous Meta-Decision, Risk & Execution Engine

Receives intelligence from the complete Ortus computational network and determines whether an opportunity should be executed, modified, delayed, rejected, or ignored.

Every trade must earn the right to expose capital.

03 — Selectivity

The Power
to Stay Out

Sometimes the most intelligent market decision is: Do Nothing.

Many automated systems are designed primarily to find opportunities to trade. Ortus was developed differently.

Our architecture is designed to continuously search for both:

Reasons to Enter

Confluence across independent analytical layers.

Reasons Not to Enter

Any unacceptable condition can veto the trade.

A setup may appear technically attractive. But if one or more intelligence layers identify unacceptable conditions, the final decision engine can reject the trade entirely.

04 — Confidentiality

Built Around
Proprietary Technology

The internal architecture powering Ortus O Capital represents years of research and development.

The precise formulas, source code, mathematical models, weighting systems, execution parameters, strategy logic, internal risk thresholds, signal-processing mechanisms, and communication between engines remain strictly confidential.

We publicly explain what each engine analyzes.
We do not disclose how the engine thinks.

05 — Track Record

Historical Strategy Performance

Selected historical trading periods and strategy configurations operated by the Ortus systematic infrastructure have produced strong results. Historical performance has included:

10–22%
Approximate gains during certain profitable months
6
Month strategy periods without a negative calendar month
80%+
Certain historical account periods exceeding annual growth
250%+
Exceptional historical account periods, annualized growth

These figures represent specific historical strategies, periods, account settings, market conditions, and risk configurations. Historical performance is not a guarantee of future returns. Losses are possible. Different clients, brokers, account sizes, execution conditions, strategies, leverage settings, jurisdictions, and market environments can produce materially different outcomes.

06 — Structure

Capital Remains
With the Client

Your account.
Your capital.
Our systematic infrastructure.

Our preferred operating structure is designed around client-controlled accounts where legally and operationally permitted.

Rather than asking clients to transfer investment capital into a general Ortus investment pool, eligible arrangements may allow clients to maintain their capital with a compatible broker or financial institution.

Depending on jurisdiction, broker, regulation, and account structure, systematic trading may then be facilitated through authorized trading access, API infrastructure, managed-account structures, or other legally permitted mechanisms.

Availability depends on applicable regulation, broker compatibility, contractual arrangements, and client eligibility.

07 — Alignment

Performance-Based Alignment

For qualifying arrangements, Ortus O Capital may operate using a performance-based compensation structure.

Up to 50% of qualifying net investment profits.

The exact fee structure may depend on the applicable program, agreement, jurisdiction, strategy, account size, and regulatory requirements. Applicable agreements may define:

  • High-water mark provisions
  • Profit calculation methodology
  • Payment frequency
  • Eligible expenses
  • Performance-fee percentages
  • Withdrawal conditions
  • Account requirements
  • Tax responsibilities

Ortus receives no performance fee where no qualifying profit exists under the applicable agreement.

08 — Capacity

Limited Client Capacity

Certain strategies can face practical limitations involving liquidity, execution quality, infrastructure, account concentration, and market capacity.

Ortus therefore does not intend to operate every systematic strategy as an unlimited mass-market product. Some programs have limited onboarding capacity. Applications may be reviewed individually before access is granted.
